L.A. MOD is a very different type of modular furniture. ‘60s-inspired L.A. MOD takes the concept of modular design for outdoor and indoor spaces to the next level. Created exclusively for Summit by Los Angeles based designer, Alwy Visschedyk, three core elements create four configurations: Linear, Jag, Concave and Convex. With its curvaceous contours, L.A. MOD seamlessly conjoins convex and concave lines, forming a complete circle 22 ft. in diameter when 24 elements are joined together. As is true with all collections designed for Summit, each piece of L.A. MOD furniture is crafted from the highest quality plantation-grown teak, a sustainable resource and Summit hallmark. All metal fittings are constructed with marine-grade stainless steel and polished for a finished appearance.
